Privacy notice
How ANH Group and its companies handle the details you give us on this website.
Last updated 1 November 2026
Who we are
This website belongs to ANH Group and its companies: Alexander Arthur Ltd, NOK Procurement Ltd and Hagnos Detailers Limited. The company you contact is responsible for the details you send it.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, your phone number or email address, your organisation if you give it, and what you write in the form. We also record which company you contacted, which page you sent it from and when.
Why we collect it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote or booking, and keep a record of our conversation with you. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing.
Who sees it
The staff who deal with enquiries at the company you contacted, and the ANH Group team who run this website. Service providers help us run it: Supabase stores enquiries, Resend sends our emails, and Cloudflare hosts the website and checks forms for spam, which involves your internet address. Enquiries also reach our email inboxes. Some of these providers store data outside Nigeria.
Cookies and analytics
If you accept on the banner, we use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they use. It sets cookies on your device, and Google processes that data for us. If you decline or do nothing, it does not run. Your choice is kept on your device for a year, and you can change it at any time with Cookie settings at the foot of every page.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and to meet our legal and accounting duties. After that we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Where you gave your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
