Every project is run by a qualified engineer who signs off the design and is on site while it is built.
The price is set by the drawings.
We finish the design and the bills of quantities before we quote, so the number you agree is the number you pay.

One written report a week: what was done, what it cost and what comes next. No chasing for updates.
Handover is not the end.
Snags are closed before we leave, documents are handed over, and we return during the defects period.

Most delays start with an accident or a failed test. We plan both out before the first block is laid, and we check every day.
